Lisa Schaffer has a decade of experience in the fitness space, working as a personal trainer, helping people to live a healthy and fit life.

 

She has trained in the sand and surf with Navy SEALS and is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and is a certified Kion Coach, taught by renowned expert, Ben Greenfield.

 

Lisa's passion is to pursue longevity through the pillars of the body, mind, and spirit. She is committed to share her learnings with the GreenNote Fitness community.
