The body is our foundation. We are given only one so we must have the awareness to take great care to nourish it with movement, food, and thought. When we build this foundation, we grow in other areas or branches of our lives. As with all foundations, it is the place to start and build upon.

Lisa Schaffer is a certified personal trainer helping individuals attain self-discovery and transformation through body, mind, and spirit. She caters toward individual personalities so that training sessions are fun and engaging, fit into clients' lifestyle, and improves quality of life, all in a safe manner that reduces risk of injury.
Lisa’s curiosity and “never stop learning” philosophy has taken her from corporate entities to the fitness world; from conference rooms to training with Navy SEAL coaches. Her belief is that you are never too old or too young to learn, develop, and work towards self mastery. This requires challenging ones’ self. For Lisa it means training, completing monthly challenges (cold showers any one?!), meditating every day, and being aware of something larger and greater than one’s self.
This is just a fraction of what it means to train the three branches of body, mind, and spirit. Through this development, together we can (re)discover our true selves and experience happiness by being in service to others.
