GreenNote Fitness embodies the qualities of a tree.  A tree represents strength, growth, and longevity. These qualities take time to develop; it is a journey - your journey to discovering yourself. In this process we evolve, we experience well being, we live greatly.


That is our wish for you, that you understand yourself (self discovery), that you evolve (self mastery), and live greatly.  Our approach is to provide this ideal to work towards in an integrated fashion. Develop all three branches whilst the winds are calm; seek its shelter when winds blow strong.

GreenNote Fitness simplifies the complexities of being a thriving human being. We illuminate a path to well being.  Specifically we delve into three areas or ‘branches’ of Self that can be optimized for better living.

Lisa Schaffer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Lisa Schaffer received her BBA from Gonzaga University, her M.I.M. from Whitworth University, and her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Aditionally, she completed her SEALFIT basic certification program. Lisa has been passionate about fitness from a very young age. With a background in business, working in the corporate world, many co-workers and friends asked what she does to stay in great shape, what foods she was eating, and what exercises she liked. After working two jobs; one in corporate; the other in fitness, she knew she had to follow her passion to where she could provide the most good; she had to fully commit to her passion for health and wellness to best serve those around her. So here she is! 


This journey has been amazing, one that she is still on and will continue to be for life. She is excited to share with you everything she is learning. From the latest health studies, to podcasts, to conferences and workshops, she has a vast amount of knowledge to share that she knows will help you on your journey. She is honored to be a part of it with you.
