Welcome to Thoughtful Thursday. This GreenNote Fitness newsletter mindfully gathers and distills useful information that is supportive to our journey. It’s hard to believe this is the 250th GreenNote Fitness Newsletter!

That’s right. For nearly 5 YEARS, each and every week without fail, I’ve produced free content and delivered it directly to you with the hopes that it would benefit you in some way.

Many of you have shared with me your gratitude for the content I have provided and how it has helped you. Thank you for sharing! Now as I look forward, I’m contemplating how I continue to serve you. Which means I’m making some changes to the GreenNote Fitness Newsletter.

Congratulations. You have chosen to read about some changes to the GreenNote Fitness Newsletter.

To be perfectly honest with you, I’ve struggled writing the past few weeks and possibly months. Not for a lack of information or ideas I would like to share. Far from it! There is a HOST of cool, and exciting things in this world that can be experienced and enjoyed. Rather, I struggled because I know it’s time to change things up a bit.

As I look back on everything I’ve written, there’s a ton! I’ve shared information that I’ve spent a lot of time and money studying, researching, and putting into practice; intermittent fasting, cold exposure, recovery, breath work, visualization, meditation, complex exercises, nutrition. This stuff works!

However, I want to change things a bit beginning with is it still going to be called the GreenNote Fitness Newsletter's Thoughtful Thursday? I don’t think so. Will it include new things I’m trying like breath work, visualizing, training, foods, recovery? Yes, it will continue to have great tools but what form and language it will take is to be determined. Do I continue writing weekly content? No. Most likely it will take on a monthly format.

There comes in point in our lives where we need to take inventory of what we’ve done and where we’d like to be. I’ve come to that point now with Thoughtful Thursday. I am hopeful that you continue with the next part of this journey with me.
