November - GreenNote Fitness Community Focus

For the month of November we will highlight members of the community to get a glimpse of their journey and what is working well for them. This is a small way for GreenNote Fitness to pay tribute to the community and say ‘thank you’.

The focus this week is on Susan. She is a financial advisor, wife, and mother of two. What is inspiring about Susan is her willingness to try new things, have an open-mind, and positive outlook on life.

Do you have a morning routine? What does it look like? For 3 mornings a week, I go to boot camp class at 5:20 A.M., drink a glass of Green Juice while getting ready for work, and eat a green smoothie, 5 seed bar and green tea when I arrive to work. Book or article you are currently reading and/or recommend? I just recently finished the book “Option B” which has an inspirational message about resilience after tough situations in life. Favorite go-to exercise when short on time or traveling? Run outside or on treadmill. In the past five years, which new behaviors, beliefs, or habits have improved your life? There are so many! Chiropractor, personal training, weight training, early morning boot camp classes, facials, acupuncture, yoga, more travel, individual time with each kiddo, attend church more often, audio books, cleaner eating. What are you currently grateful for? The safety, health and happiness of our children; my husband; my mom; our financial well-being; our friends; my health and my husband’s health; spending time at the cabin; travel.
