In the last six months have you thought about weight loss? Fasting? Had questions about what to eat? Then you won’t want to miss a free documentary that covers this as well as chronic disease prevention and treatment, and fitness. I’m super excited about learning more about this from the “wellness warrior” Naomi Whittle. As a subscriber of the GreenNote Fitness newsletter, you may recall that three days per week I do an extended fast of my usual not eating for 12 continuous hours each day to not eating for 16 hours three times a week. I do this for fat loss, cell cleansing, and to lower my risk for chronic disease as well as to feel cognitively and physical great. I learned about this from Naomi Whittle which I wrote about here. There are many great tips and scientific explanation to this fasting approach. So when I saw that she has put together this excellent documentary I was very excited and knew immediately that I wanted to share this with the GreenNote Fitness community. Noami’s mission is to spread the word, to share the “real skinny on fat” and put an end to the debate on healthy fat’s effect on your health and longevity. In the documentary we will hear from a dozen experts and physicians from cardiologists to neurologists and learn how to amplify your body’s natural detoxification defenses, and medical breakthroughs in cancer and Alzheimer's disease.
