To your journey...GreenNote Fitness website...!

Today I’m beginning the GreenNote Fitness newsletter with how I finish it…to your journey. Your journey is part of my journey. I created GreenNote Fitness with the belief that we are all capable of being better, serving others, finding purpose, and living greatly. First we must understand that this is all a journey. It doesn’t come quickly but if we give it time and attention it can help to complete us. The path you take is what you make it.

To help you on your path, GreenNoteFitness.com has been created and is now officially launched. My vision for it was basically a community resource center, a place that people could visit to easily find information to help them on their journey. It is designed with that intent: to help people no matter where they are, to find something that will move them forward. I’ve felt for some time that there is connection in all the great teachings and writings from the ancient philosophers to present day gurus. Having that thought and open mindedness brought me to more teachers and learnings. One aspect is that there is more to us than our physical selves, right? There is the mind of course but also the spirit and they are all connected. My belief is that we can develop those areas and thereby we move closer to our purpose and ultimately to our fulfillment, to living greatly. The GreenNote Fitness web site reflects that belief and describes it in three areas or what I term “branches”: Fitness for Body; Fitness for Mind; and Fitness for Spirit. Each branch is described and additional resources are provided should you want to delve further. Additionally the newsletters will be available for you to read so if you missed one, you can locate it on the site. There is a page of testimonials from some of my clients. They have said some very heartfelt things that I am continually humbled by and try to live up to each day. Thank you. As I began to write the content for the site, things began to take shape, things made sense, and some things changed. You will notice beautiful colors, imagery, and a new logo. This helped shape the content, making it better. I’m so happy with how it turned out and how it all ties together. A big THANK YOU to my web designer, Donna King. She made it look fantastic and put much work and heart into it. And it shows. I've really enjoyed working with you on this. Thank you Donna. Lastly, a thank you to you, the GreenNote Fitness community for reading these newsletters, asking me questions, and sending me thank you’s for writing these newsletters. That means more to me than you know. Thank you. Truly, no matter where you are right now, physically, mentally, or spiritually, I am hopeful that you are inspired in even the smallest of ways.
